Hello! It’s nice to be back after almost a week of not blogging. I haven’t been slacking off, though—rather, I’ve been intensely working on my goals and trying so hard to make WFH life happen!
This week has been very busy, packed with late nights where I didn’t go to sleep until 6 AM, even though I’ve been trying to adjust my sleeping schedule to wake up then.
There have been many challenges, steep learning curves, and frustration; but there have also been moments of satisfaction, triumphs, and the awesome feeling of achievement.
When you have your mind set on something, it’s hard not to get your hopes up. So, while I’m trying to remain optimistic about my current endeavors/job prospects, I’m also trying to stay grounded in the reality that sometimes, things just don’t work out. Much easier said than done—right?
The one thing that’s incredibly important when working towards your goal is to persevere, even when it would be so much easier to quit. Sacrificing, dealing with the difficulty now, so that you might (hopefully!) be rewarded later. 🙂

This week, a second article of mine has been purchased, which sort of gave me an extra spark of motivation I needed at a daunting time—it was pretty perfect timing, you could say! Overall, I’d describe my current attitude on my goals as guarded optimism. Hopeful but cautious, and simply trying to keep my chin up. 🙂
